OUR GOAL

We are not satisfied with the current case of palm production. First and foremost, we must achieve a significant expansion of the palm fruit gardens. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has made suggestions for regular support for palm production in his speeches and meetings with farmers. Therefore, farmers must be provided with new planting areas in order to plant palm fruit gardens. Second, we must strive for the assimilation and implementation of high-yielding, disease-resistant, highly agro-technical varieties of palm fruit trees to succeed in processing and export at the next stage. We need to increase the production of competitive palm fruit many times in the near future. If we go this way, we can make a decent contribution to the economy of the country, improve the self-confidence and the standard of living of farmers. In this regard, the Public Association "Palm Producers and Exporters of Azerbaijan" has a great responsibility. We will combine our efforts to cope with this great task and will achieve serious progress.
