The production of palm fruit comes from halal labor. Raising the culture of production and processing, from harvesting to processing and packaging, from product carriage to sales are important requirements and must be followed with quality, hygiene, and consumer standards at all stages. It is important to apply new technology in the field of palm production. Technology and innovative approach must be ensured at all stages so that we can continue to compete in the foreign market and even take the leading position in quality. Staff training in the field of palm fruit production is now an important issue. Enlightenment should also be in the spotlight among the farmers. Careful harvesting, transportation to processing facilities, raw materials at the processing stage should be evaluated for economical benefit.
